Meet Your Coach
I am Angela Wilkins-Green, a 47-year-old woman from South-East England, living through the rollercoaster ride, that is perimenopause.
Perimenopause turned my world upside down.
The confident, successful woman who had built a 25-year career in fashion retail, suddenly vanished, replaced by someone I didn't recognise – I was gripped by overwhelming anxiety and crippling self-doubt.
I was lost, confused and scared. I had no idea that these feelings were the beginnings of perimenopause - a word that had never crossed my path yet was about to define my life.
My body became a battleground of unfamiliar sensations.
Night sweats left me drenched and exhausted.
Recurring UTIs became an agonising daily routine.
Intimacy turned from pleasure to pain.
My joints ached, my ears rang with tinnitus and felt perpetually blocked.
Even my allergies seemed to wage a war all over my skin.

I kept going, ignoring the signals my body was desperately sending. But denial can’t continue and eventually, the walls came crashing down. Two years after my first symptoms, I found myself standing in front of the mirror, with no idea who I’d become. I was a woman who now cried daily, felt like her job was completely beyond her and had no idea where life was heading, left asking myself:
What the hell happens now?
In that moment of despair, I made a choice - to seek help, to understand, to heal.
I did my research and decided I needed to try Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). I opened up to my husband and close family, letting them into the storm I'd been weathering alone. And in a leap of faith, I reached out to a life coach, beginning a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
After 18 months of intense study and practice, I earned myself an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accreditation and gained a certification to be a Menopause Consultant.
Now, instead of waking daily filled with anxiety and fear, I proudly run my business, where I deliver menopause workshops for global organisations, coach groups of women to help them understand their menopause transitions and get invited to be a guest speaker on multiple podcasts.
My once-terrifying experience has transformed my life into one filled with joy, laughter and abundance.

The Green Path Menopause Symptoms Audit
This is your chance to get tailored information regarding your menopause symptoms and ask your burning questions
A one-on-one online menopause audit offers you the chance to get into the details of your symptoms and how you feel day-to-day. Ask all the questions you have and discuss your thoughts on treatment options, whether that includes Hormone Replacement Therapy or alternative treatments.

FAQ's
Can I join the programme any time?
Yes, you can. On the month that you sign up, you can join the Group Masterclass that is scheduled for the last Thursday of that month. No matter what month of the year you join, you will always have access to all twelve Menopause Masterclasses. Your 1-2-1 coaching sessions and Menopause Audit will be scheduled at times to suit us both, within your 12 month time-frame.

What if I can’t make one of the Masterclasses?
I encourage all participants to schedule all calls for the year in their diary at the start of the programme, to ensure full participation in the community, however, all masterclasses will be recorded and shared for a limited time with anyone who cannot attend. All Masterclasses will be held on the last Thursday of every month for easy planning. (The only exception could be December depending on how Christmas falls).
When will the one-to-one mindset method confidence builder sessions happen?
You will have access to my calendar to schedule sessions to suit your diary. Calls can be scheduled Tuesday to Friday, starting at 8am and finishing by 7pm. All 6 sessions are to be used within the 12 months of the programme.
How do I join the online community, and can I leave anytime?
To join the online community, you will need to download the Slack App, I will send you an invite when you join the programme. It is in your interest to be an active member of the community for the duration of the programme, and I welcome all members to continue to be active participants once the programme is completed, however, you can leave the community at any point should you wish. New members will join the Slack community as they enrol on the programme, so the online community will continue to grow over time.
Is this programme specifically for women, or can men join?
To keep this a safe space for women to openly share their experiences and vulnerabilities with others, this programme is exclusively for women. However, carefully chosen male expert speakers may be invited to join us for some of the Masterclasses.
How much time will I get with you?
Your time with me will be spent in three different ways. You will have one, 60-minute one-on-one Menopause Audit, six 60-minute one-on-one Mindset Method Coaching sessions and twelve 60-minute group menopause masterclasses. In addition, I will always be active within the Slack community to discuss topics and answer questions and you can privately message me within the App anytime. Plus you'll have your bonus 60-minute one-on-one mindset method coaching session. That’s a total of 20 hours of live sessions, plus the online community access.
What are my payment options, and do you offer payment plans?
You can choose to either pay in full when you sign up, or you can choose a payment plan over either 6 or 12 months. The introductory programme price is £1,597 upfront, £1,650 if paid over 6 months & £1,800 if paid over 12 months. You can either use my website to pay my debit or credit card and set up a payment plan, or I can send you an invoice to pay via BACS. Contact me to arrange in person, if you would prefer not to use the website. Prices will increase in 2025, so take advantage and sign up today.
What if I change my mind?
You will be entitled to a full refund of any funds paid within 14 days of joining the programme or before you schedule a session, or join a masterclass. Once you have attended your first Masterclass, Mindset Method Session, or Menopause Audit, no refunds will be given and payment plans cannot be cancelled.
Can I ask my employer to fund my place on the programme?
Yes! This is a great option, and many employers are now embracing support for their menopausal employees. If you need assistance making your case for funding, I am here to support you. Drop me a message and I’ll share some information on how to ask your employer to fund your place.
What is the deadline for signing up?
There is no deadline to sign up, you can join the programme at any time and start participating immediately. But the longer you delay signing up, the longer you delay that amazing feeling you have been searching for!
