Executive Coaching for Senior Female Leaders

Support that goes deeper. Results that last.
When high-performing women in your organisation start to doubt themselves, it can impact everything from decision-making to retention. It’s not always loud or obvious. But it’s there. The second-guessing. The hesitation. The burnout masked as over-delivery.
Executive coaching with me is designed specifically for senior female leaders over 40 who are navigating self-doubt, anxiety and invisible pressures that often go unspoken. For many, perimenopause is playing a role they haven’t yet identified, some may never join the dots. For others, years of pushing through have finally caught up with them.

This isn’t about performance plans or personality profiling. It’s about helping your senior women reconnect with who they are and what they bring. So they can lead powerfully, without constantly running on empty.
I combine practical tools, mindset work and honest conversation to get under the surface and support real change. Women come out of this process steadier, sharper and stronger.

The Return?
-
Greater retention.
-
Lower Absence.
-
Stronger leadership.

And importantly, women who stop surviving at work and start loving it again.
Whether you want to support one senior leader or offer coaching as part of your wider leadership strategy, we’ll design a programme that fits your culture and goals.
Let’s explore what executive coaching could unlock in your organisation.
Book a call and I’ll walk you through how it works.

1:1 Menopause Consultations
Empowering Women Through Individualised Care
Navigating menopause can be challenging, but no one has to do it alone. My 1:1 consultations provide personalised support for women experiencing menopause within your organisation. These confidential, virtual sessions are designed to address individual needs, offering a safe space to discuss concerns and receive support, information and resources.

The Consultations
Each consultation is tailored to the individual's unique experiences and needs, ensuring they receive the most relevant and helpful support and information.
My consultations provide accurate information and practical strategies to manage symptoms and improve quality of life.
Conducted virtually, my sessions offer the privacy and convenience that busy professionals need, allowing them to seek support without disrupting their schedules, in a safe environment.

Key Benefits
-
Individual Attention: 1:1 sessions ensure that each woman's specific concerns and questions are addressed in detail.
-
Practical Solutions: From managing symptoms to balancing work-life challenges, I provide actionable strategies, resources, guidance and information.
-
Emotional Support: I offer a supportive environment where women can share their experiences and receive compassionate guidance from someone with lived experience of perimenopause in the workplace.
-
Empowerment: By understanding and managing menopause, women can feel more in control of their health and well-being.

How it Works
-
The organisation is the sponsor of the relationship and is in complete control over how many individuals receive the 1-hour consultations.
-
Once an introduction has been made, I will manage the relationship directly with the individual receiving the 1:1 support.
-
The individual will have access to book a consultation at a time to suit their work schedule.
-
After the consultation, I will follow up with the individual with any additional resources or recommendations we have discussed.

Please note: I am not a clinician and cannot provide any personal advise or prescriptions.

'We are incredibly grateful to Angela for the compassionate and impactful support she has provided to our colleagues through her menopause coaching service. Her work has made a meaningful difference within our college community, offering a safe space for open conversations, practical guidance, and emotional reassurance. From an organisational perspective, Angela’s support has helped us create a more inclusive culture. The feedback we’ve received from colleagues has been overwhelmingly positive, expressing how valuable and validating the experience has been.
We would wholeheartedly recommend other organisations to engage with Angela's service, supporting employees through menopause is not only the right thing to do - it also strengthens wellbeing, engagement, and retention.
