Angela Wilkins Green Executive and Transformation Coach

Angela Wilkins-Green

Organisations don’t need more awareness about menopause.
They need support that works in the reality of modern workplaces.

That belief sits at the heart of my work.

I support organisations to retain and strengthen senior female leaders through menopause by combining awareness, training, coaching and practical guidance that reflects how people actually experience menopause at work.

This is not just theoretical work.
It is grounded in lived experience, organisational understanding and professional coaching practice.

For over 25 years, I worked inside large, fast paced organisations, holding senior leadership roles with real pressure, responsibility and accountability.

I understand what it means to manage people, deliver results and make decisions in environments where pace is high and expectations are constant.

I also understand how easily women can be side lined when menopause enters the picture.

In many organisations, the impact is not recognised at all. Shifts in confidence or performance are misunderstood, awareness is treated as a solution, and the deeper, human reality is missed.

Too often I see:

  • Women taking a step back

  • Confidence questioned rather than supported

  • Managers unsure how to respond

  • Organisations losing experienced talent without ever naming why

This work exists to change that.

How my approach is different

Menopause support at work only makes a difference when it moves beyond surface level awareness and into action.

My approach brings together:

  • A deep understanding of organisational pressure and commercial reality

  • Practical insight into how menopause shows up in daily working life

  • Professional coaching that supports leaders to think, reflect and move forward

  • Guidance that helps managers and HR teams respond with confidence and empathy

I work with organisations who take this seriously and want to build support that is embedded, thoughtful and genuinely useful.

The way I work with people

Clients often describe me as calm, trusted and easy to talk to.

That matters, because this work sits at the intersection of leadership, identity and change. People need to feel safe enough to speak honestly, without judgement or drama, and supported enough to move forward with clarity and purpose.

Whether I’m working with HR teams, managers or senior female leaders, my role is to hold space for complexity while keeping the work grounded and practical.

Professional training and background

Alongside my senior leadership career, I am a professionally trained executive and transformation coach.

I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and have completed over 150 hours of coach specific training, alongside an ICF approved certificate in executive coaching.

I continue to invest in my professional development through supervision and advanced training, and I have recently been awarded an ICF Level 3 Diploma in Coaching Mastery, currently the highest level of training available through the International Coaching Federation.

My coaching work is supported by specialist menopause training from the Menopause Experts Group, alongside lived experience and extensive workplace delivery.

I have now completed over 350 hours of coaching, and I also volunteer as a life coach at the Fountain Centre at Royal Surrey County Hospital, supporting people with cancer and their families.

This combination of organisational leadership experience, coaching mastery and menopause expertise allows me to support women and organisations with professionalism, care and depth.

Who I work best with

I work best with organisations who:

  • Are values led

  • Operate at scale or across regions

  • Recognise menopause as a leadership and retention issue

  • Want to move beyond intention and embed meaningful support

These are organisations who care about their people and are prepared to act.

Supporting women properly through menopause is not about lowering standards or making exceptions.

It is about understanding what is happening, responding well and ensuring experienced, capable leaders can continue to thrive.
