Menopause Action Plans & Policies
Clear policy and meaningful action are the foundations of effective menopause support at work.

This work supports organisations to move beyond good intentions and put structures in place that actually help people in day to day working life. That includes shaping or reviewing menopause policies so they are practical, understood and used, rather than documents that exist without impact.

It also includes supporting organisations to prepare for Menopause Action Plans.
With action plans expected to be introduced on a voluntary basis from April 2026 and become mandatory for larger employers in the years that follow, many organisations are beginning to ask what good looks like in practice. While detailed guidance continues to develop, the direction of travel is clear.

My role is to help organisations think this through in a way that is thoughtful, realistic and grounded in how work actually happens. This is not about ticking boxes. It is about building approaches that support people properly, align with existing policies and values, and are ready to evolve as requirements become clearer.
