There are times when you know you need support and you do not want to wait for permission, sign-off or organisational processes.

Others come directly, choosing to invest in themselves because they know what they need and are ready to take action.

This page is for women who want professional, experienced support as they navigate leadership, identity and change, including menopause, on their own terms.

There are two ways to work with me as a self funder.

Coaching for Women

Executive & Transformation Coaching

This coaching is for senior female leaders, and women stepping into larger leadership roles, who want to continue progressing in their careers while navigating a period of significant change.

 

It reflects a reality many women experience. That menopause often coincides with moments of increased responsibility, visibility and expectation, rather than a natural pause point.

This is not menopause coaching.

It is executive and transformation coaching that recognises menopause as part of the wider context many women are navigating alongside leadership, decision making and future direction.

 

The work supports you to continue leading in ways that feel intentional, sustainable and aligned with who you are now.

How I work​

​The Green Path Approach

Coaching is grounded in my Green Path Approach, a structured way of working that supports women to move forward with intention during periods of change.

 

Rather than focusing on symptoms or surface-level goals, the work looks at the wider picture.

​

Leadership, identity, decision making, energy and direction are explored together, so change is integrated rather than managed in isolation.

The Green Path Approach is not a fixed programme that everyone moves through in the same way. It provides a framework for our work together, shaped around you, your role and what you want to move towards.

Delivery and investment

Coaching is delivered 1:1, online, and shaped around your role, responsibilities and aspirations.

 

Because this is executive and transformational work, the structure and length of the engagement are agreed together, ensuring the support is meaningful and aligned with what you want to achieve.

 

Investment is discussed as part of an initial conversation.

Menopause Audits

A Menopause Audit is a one to one, 60 minute online session designed to help you make sense of what you are experiencing and understand how menopause may be showing up in your life and work.

 

Many women reach this point feeling unsure, frustrated or questioning themselves.

Symptoms can feel disconnected, information can be conflicting, and medical appointments can feel rushed or unhelpful.

This session gives you space to talk things through properly, ask questions and gain clarity about what may be happening, without judgement or dismissal.

This is not a medical consultation.

I am not a clinician and you will not leave with a prescription.

What you will gain is informed guidance, context and support, so you are better equipped to advocate for yourself in future healthcare conversations.

Who this session is for

A Menopause Audit is for you if you want to:

  • Talk through symptoms or changes you are experiencing in a confidential space

  • Explore whether menopause could be contributing to what you are noticing

  • Ask questions you have not felt able to ask elsewhere

  • Understand how menopause can affect thinking, energy, mood and daily life

  • Understand whether Menopause Hormone Therapy is right for you

  • Learn more about holistic measures you can take to support symptoms

  • Prepare for more effective conversations with your GP or specialist

  • Feel informed and steadier about next steps, rather than unsure or dismissed

This session is particularly valuable if you are in your perimenopause, feel something has shifted, or want clarity before deciding what support you need next.

Many women leave medical appointments feeling unheard or uncertain about what to do next.

 

A Menopause Audit is designed to help you approach those conversations differently, with greater understanding of your body, clearer language and more confidence to ask for the support you need.

 

It is a contained, purposeful session focused on helping you move forward feeling better informed and more prepared.

Transformation Coaching

What’s included

  • One 60 minute online session

  • Space to explore your experience in depth

  • Information and guidance grounded in lived experience and professional practice

  • Support to translate what you are experiencing into language that supports better medical conversations

  • Clear next steps, without pressure or obligation

Investment - £147

This session is self funded and paid for in advance.

 

Once payment is complete, I will be in touch to arrange your session at a time that suits you.

 

Sessions are available Tuesday to Thursday, between 9am and 7pm.
